In anticipation of a Femslash February Fill Fest (already!) I'd love to see an Andy/Quynh getting together/courtship fic from Quynh's point of view. I don't quite see her as a complete ingenue to Andy's centuries' worth of experience, so there must be something special there.

Bonus: If there's a then and now version with them relearning each other after Quynh is out of the ocean.

Bonus 2: Electric Boogaloo - If Andy regains her immortality/has a super long period of mortality because I want them to have more happy years together.

No one ever talks about the ultimate soul-mate AU that is the Will Smith movie 'Hancock' where immortals/heroes are only immortal until they meet their true loves! When that happens, they become mortal, and can die, stop healing, unless they separate from their loved ones.

With that said, hit me up with the Old Guard learning the hard way (Quynh/Andy?) that being together/being a family means that they are all going to die.

Joe/Nicky Cruise AU

Nicky is one of the singers who entertain people on a cruise. At one of the stops around the Mediterranean, the ship brings on board a new bartender, Joe, who is charismatic and outgoing and always makes sure Nicky freshens up after singing.Also, he's the most handsome man Nicky has ever seen.
But he's quite mysterious and keeps doing strange things on board.Nicky does not want to suspect without grounds, but one day he finds him sneaking into the rooms of one of the passengers. Turns out he's an undercover cop, and he's tracking down some thieves who are suspected of having boarded the cruise ship. Joe asks for his help because the prime suspect seems to be in awe of Nicky.

Joe/Nicky Royal AU

Due to the needs of his kingdom, Prince Yusuf is engaged to Prince Nicolo. They exchanged letters and Prince Yusuf agrees to marry him, because he believes that he can love Nicolo. Through his letters, Yusuf meets a compassionate and kind man, and wishes he could get to know him better in marriage.
When Yusuf arrives at the kingdom, he realizes that it was all a hoax. Nicolo is cold and distant, and he always seems busy with anything but Yusuf. In fact, he does not see him in person even on the day of their marriage.
As the husband of a prince, and terribly bored with the court and its gossip, he follows in the footsteps of a famous thief who robs the richest families, and meets a charming man hidden behind a mask, who has the most beautiful and unforgettable eyes that he may have seen.
Yusuf develops ... a crush on the man, until the day of his first official dance as the prince's husband, where Yusuf is supposed to finally see him. When he finds himnext to the ballroom, he notices Nicolo's extraordinary eyes ... very similar to those of a certain thief...

Okay, so... the team can't do missions all the time, right? Sometimes there are months, even years between jobs they do and in the downtime they have to live somewhere, they have to do things to get over the boredom and all that.

Joe and Nicky have a few houses all over the world. They are not like the safehouses, they are beautiful and all that. Now, that their last job is over and Andy decides they would lie low now for a while, Joe and Nicky go to one of their houses, they find jobs, they even make some friends.

But while living their lives, Nicky (or Joe, I'm fine with both, I just pick Nicky so it's not too complicated to describe, right?) helps a person (woman or man, idc) and said person is completely smitten with him. They come to thank him, they send him flowers, they send him chocolates, they send him threats because he doesn't react to their wooing, they start to follow him everywhere, they start to take photos and videos and find out his phone number and call him and all that... you get the idea.

The thing is, the stalker has not the slightest idea that both, Joe and Nicky, are immortal and that they bring the two of them in more danger than they even can imagine. They are just fixated on Nicky and want him!!


+ the stalker sends Nicky a dead rat after he refused to take flowers and chocolates
+ they sneak into the house and accidentaly find all the weapons and stuff... and steal one of Nicky's daggers
+ it's actually Booker who finds out and calls Copley that something is wrong

Booker is a techie. He's always been fascinated by new inventions. Cars? Great, I want one. Telephone? Awesome, I need that! Computer? Gimme, gimme, gimme! Internet! Oh, yes!! You get the idea?

Booker literally was one of the first people, who used the internet. He knows everything about computers and he's a damn good hacker. And he's better than most of these script kiddies who nowadays call themselves hackers even when he's completely smashed.

So... Copley sometimes needs some help when it's about the jobs for the Team and sometimes he has to let evidence disappear or find informations for them, right? And he's good, but he's not that good, not like Booker. And so he just asks him to help him help the team many times but the team doesn't know about that. They just think he has someone who he can trust.

So, just give me Booker help the team without them knowing. Please!!

Booker/Andy, Breeding, Alpha/Omega

Booker is an omega on a team filled with all alphas, plus deals with an (rightfully) unstable alpha in his head at night through some magic connection. He locked onto the only available alpha on the team early on subconsciously and he's spent the last 200 years basically following her around like mated omega, which he is distinctly not (which exacerbates his issues which could be due to like an excessive imbalance of hormones, needing a bond, etc, etc).

Fast forward to post-movie and instead of exiling him, Andy decides to mate him and breed him because he comes into heat out of stress. As a bit of punishment (she is going to die, in under a century) and more of a treat to Andy (Booker is basically a homebody now because Joe and Nicky don't want to see him and Nile honestly doesn't know what to do when she visits them at their safehouse so she....kinda doesn't.)

But they did not bank on Andy's mortality overriding her immortality sterility and Booker's dysfunctional health overriding his and whoops. He's pregnant and he wants it, opinions of the others be damned!

+ Quynh comes back and she is an alpha or beta maybe and gets turned on that her wife has still got it knock up omegas even after 7,000 years and wants to make it a 3 way bonding
++ Andy's immortality comes back somehow (maybe connected to the baby? up to filler)

Actually, as it turns out, they've very much pining for eachother, but are convinced It Cannot Be. Happy ending please!

Look, we all know Quynh's gonna beat Booker's ass six ways to sunday but after the beating's done, Booker obviously hopes Quynh will stay.

Against all odds she does and they actually make a good duo; Booker helping Quynh acclimatise to the century and Quynh giving the tough love Booker needs to help himself be better.

By the time the team catch on they really do have their shit seemingly worked out and invite Andy and the others to come with them on their pointed holidays. They eventually invite Andy into the thing they have going on.

+ Quynh and Booker originally hatefucking but it slowly morphed into something more emotional due to their psychic connection and issues between parsing their memories at time

After witnessing the horrors his people inflicted during the crusades Nicolo decided he'll never pick up a weapon again, and instead dedicated his life to doing good by non-violent means. On a personal level he interpreted this as making amends to Yusuf and later taking good care of his newly found family.

By the time Nile joins them they've all long settled into an arrangement where Nicky doesn't accompany them on combat missions, but instead makes sure their safe houses are well maintained (and actually safe), that they're well supplied, their weapons are in good condition, there's food on the table, and yes, that his team is satisfied sexually. It's all 100% consensual, they all love eachother very much, and the others are grateful for Nicky's efforts to keep them safe and happy. Could be a 5+1 with different POV characters.

+ the Guard regularly takes on humanitarian missions in honor of Nicky's commitment to non-violence, and he goes along on those
+ jokingly calling dibs on Nicky for the night after they return from a mission
+ some D/s if you want to throw that in there :)
+ Nile is pretty ambivalent, especially about the sexual aspect of their relationship, until Nicky explains that this is all consensual, he's treated with love and care, and this arrangement allows him to really live according to his moral principles

Whether aliens, sex pollen, or horny bad guys made them do it, Joe and Nicky are forced to have sex. It was as consensual as it could possibly be in that situation, but afterwards neither of them can touch each other for a long time because it reminds them too much of being forced.

+for only one of them being affected by the original fuck-or-die, so the other one was clear headed when they had that decision, and both of them dealing with the fallout (a la "I did what I had to and I don't regret saving your life, but I hate that you couldn't say no"/"I'm grateful to be alive and I know it's not your fault, but one way or the other you still took advantage of me")

In a modern, mortal AU, Joe has always been slow to reach orgasm. Exes and hookups have made him feel bad about it. It’s too much work. There isn’t enough time. Can’t he just deal with it himself? What’s wrong with him that he’s like this? Etc. And at least one ex used it as an excuse after being caught cheating. The stress and misplaced guilt turns a physiological quirk into a near impossibility, and it’s become a terrible cycle.

Now Joe has this budding relationship with Nicky. They’re moving slowly and Joe is absolutely smitten, but the next step has to be coming soon and he’s terrified that he will let Nicky down too.

Nicky, of course, is understanding. He loves Joe no matter what, but when Joe eventually wants to try, Nicky is patient and really gets into the drawn out sex, especially when he gets to see Joe relax and finally come for him.

Something happens and Nicky is injured. It’s bad, but he’s had worse, so he’ll be alright in a couple of minutes.... Or so everyone thinks.

Joe and the others carry on with their business.. When the get back to their safe house, Nicky collapses. Andy knows what’s happening, (because it happened to her, obviously.) Joe refuses to believe it because the implications are soul crushing. Andy implores him that they need to get Nicky to a hospital, but Joe is hysterical, screaming for Nicky to wake up, to heal.

Andy takes matters into her own hands and they get him to a hospital.

For the first time ever Nicky is sick and fighting an infection. H/c ensues

Nicky heals eventually. But it still means Joe will outlive him. Joe is unsurprisingly not ok.

Okay, this is the last one, I swear:

It was (sadly) ground-breaking when contestant Joe al-Kaysani came out as bi on the last season of The Bachelorette (well, the editing framed it as a big dramatic coming-out; as far as Joe’s concerned, he was just, like, mentioning it), so him getting his own (gender-irrelevant) season of The Bachelor is something Nicky is unironically excited for. That doesn’t mean he would ever consider signing up for it, though. That’s ridiculous. He would never.
