The way they're strapped down at Kozak's mercy is terrifying. The way she touches Nicky after shoving that huge needle into him and how she watches him struggle with the pain freaked me out. I want more of that. I would like her being creepy and possessive of her lab rat. I want her wiping the blood and sweat off him in between tests. I want her feeling his pulse rabbiting under her fingers as she does something. I want it more fascination than sexual, but still with an element of 'bad touch,' as she sees it as her right to touch them however she seems fit.

Joe/Nicky, Nicky/Others, dubcon, long lost childhood friend

Joe's family used to be servants to the Di Genoa family or other sort of association. Either way, Joe had spent much time befriending Di Genoa's youngest son Nicky. They were inseparable despite the difference in class. Little Yusuf and Nicolò declaring at very young age that they will get married one day to their parents bemusement. But it develops into true love for one another as they grow older into their teens despite their parents thinking they will grow out of it.

However, when Joe was off to some sort of higher education at age 20 (maybe as a way to separate the two?), some tragedy occurred with the Di Genoa's and they were all murdered. Joe is absolutely devastated...and never forgot about his first love despite trying his best to move on.

Many years later, maybe his close friend Booker tries to get him laid and takes him to a brothel. Joe didn't want to go but this is only way for Booker to stop pestering him. He wasn't in the mood for it and asked for whoever ...doesn't even look at the prostitute all dressed and decorated kneeling on the bed.

"Look I know I've paid for you, but-" Joe chokes when he finally meets the eyes of the man, the colors unforgettable. It's Nicky.

Up to writer if Nicky recognizes Joe or not. And up to writer if Joe has sex with Nicky because Nicky will be whored out again to a different person if not well used for the night (if so, Nicky is perplexed by Joe’s gentleness) or maybe Joe wants to cuddle all night and Nicky is confused by this patron. Either way, Joe keeps coming back to rent out Nicky frequently almost nightly.

If sex, preference for top!Joe.

This idea came to me in a dream, oddly enough.

Joe is an up-and-coming artist who’s inspired by the beautiful things he sees in the world. Usually that’s landscapes, but one day he spots the most gorgeous man reading in the park and starts incorporating him into his latest piece. He’s so inspired that it’s by far his best work and when he posts excerpts from it on Instagram to promote his upcoming popup show it goes kind of viral?

Shy Nicky finds out (maybe through art student and friend Nile?) and is super upset to see his face everywhere and goes and causes a massive scene at the popup show. Joe is simultaneously pissed as hell at Nicky for ruining the show he had hoped would launch his career and feels absolutely terrible for not having thought of asking the sweet man in the park for his permission to draw him.

After they both calm down, they both start thinking of ways to apologise to the other (maybe it was clear to them at the show that they have mutual friends in the form of Nile/Booker/Andy/Quynh so they have someone to pass messages/little gifts/apology baked goods through?)

The team are on extended downtime travelling every few months to places chosen to help Nile adjust and to speed up her training.

Joe needs to clear his head and is doing things to cheer himself up by getting involved in local activities depending on the location - sand sculpturing, footy matches, knitting club, an allotment. Turns out Booker has been doing the same. 5 times Joe and Booker bump into each other during an activity +1 time it is planned.

Bonus for outsider POVs and ppl mistaking them for a couple/exes.

Okay, so... when Yusuf and Nicolo met for the first time Nicolo just traveled the whole way from Italy to Jerusalem, then there was war and all that and Nicolo didn't have the time (or just didn't feel like) to shave. So he looked a little bit like a caveman.

Then there was the thing with "killing each other many times" and at some point the two realized thay couldn't die, whatever they did so they had to get away before someone noticed. So, again no time to take care of the beard.

But then they found a place where they could lie low for a while and finally Nicolo cuts his hair and shaves his beard... and Yusuf is absolutely stunned. He hadn't expected this under all the hair and scruff...

Well, he had, but he came back to life just like Booker. Somehow none of the Guard realises for centuries because yes, they keep dreaming of him but they just think their subconscious is making up random dreams about Booker for some reason? Eventually Nile (or Quynh?) realises that it’s not Booker in their dreams, but someone who looks just like him.

Happy family ending once Booker, his bro, and the rest of the gang are all reunited :)

I’m still mourning the cancellation of Teenage Bounty Hunters, and it’s spawned this prompt.

Andy is an experienced bounty hunter new to the area, who begrudgingly recruits (not necessarily teenaged) chaos siblings Nicky and Booker because of their local expertise even though they know nothing about bounty hunting.

And then?? Quynh as Andy’s ex and the bail bonds woman who gives Andy jobs? Joe and Nile as Nicky and Booker’s love interests who don’t know about their new job?

Bonus points for anything dealing with how problematic the bail system is.

Joe and Nicky are together for a while now and they are happy and now one of them (let's pick Joe)... Joe wants to propose to Nicky. But he has this one problem. It's expectd to have a dance at your wedding and his mama always told him he has two left feet, in other words, he cannot dance even if his life depended on it. But he wants to do this right and so he decides to have dancing lessons.

Joe also wants to surprise Nicky and so he doesn't tell him, he just says he has to work longer. Of course Nicky believes him, he has no reason to doubt him... until one of their friends sees Joe enter an unknown house, opened by an unknown woman.

They deliberate for a long while if they should tell Nicky but to be sure they follow Joe the next time he tells Nicky he has to work longer. And again he goes to the unknown house and to the unknown woman... They are sure! Joe is cheating on Nicky!

Team & Nile - The team speaks Italian, Nile does not

So... I was in the bathtub again and apparently I always have good ideas there :D

I just thought, that maybe, when Joe and Nicky met they didn't speak a common language. They could help themselves with Greek but both of them couldn't speak it very well. So they had to try to find a common language and for Joe it was easier to learn Italian than for Nicky to learn Arabic.

Then they met Andy and Quynh and the two of them didn't speak Italian. But they knew Latin and it's not that far from Latin to Italian and so very soon all four of them spoke Italian.

And when they met Booker the French easily switched to Italian, too...

So... Italian became their natural language.

Insert Nile: Nile is American. She never learned a second language (yes, yes, prejudices, I know) and only knows a few phrases in Arabic to get along. Sure, the team knows English but the moment Nile is not there they switch back to Italian and they just don't realize they do it because it's so natural to them. And sometimes Nile feels just left out...

I love language interplay prompts, so I am super here for this. :)

(Although it's worth noting that Arabic isn't really spoken widely in Afghanistan; the language Nile uses briefly in the movie is probably Farsi/Dari or Pashto.)

I think I read lots of fics where they propose at the same time or Nicky proposes, so wanted a fic where Joe, the incurable romantic, attempts to make the most extravagant and unforgettable proposal but somehow the world is against him so it's not quite working out as he wished?

Joe ends up being upset over this because he wants only the best for his hayati? Nicky confused at why his usually bright and happy lover is so sullen and frustrated. And since they're the most established lovers of all time, Joe explains and Nicky comforts him saying he doesn't need to do anything fancy, the prospects of eternity with him is more than enough for him? Tells Joe to ask him now without any of the planned out event, and Joe gives the most heartfelt monologue. Nicky is more than beyond moved and says yes.
