Keane/Team - Keane POV: reluctant torturer

Nile rescue mission failed, and she's now prisoner with the team.
One day Andy hurts a guard, something like biting off a finger, and Keane has to punish her with a torture session, but as she is mortal he makes her chose who will get tortured in her place (Booker is not an option because he collaborated with them) and makes her watch. She refuses to pick, Keane chooses Nile, Andy relents and chooses either Joe or Nicky (writer's choice)
The thing is, Keane doesn't really want to do it. He feels he has to, to keep the Guards in check, to show Merrick he's in control, to show his men they can trust him as leader, but humanly he's disgusted by it. He just feels he has no choice, so he silences his more moral soul to do his job, again. He does it, he tortures the immortal, but he despises every minute, and despises himself, and Merrick, but he goes on. Add some layers of toxic masculinity, which he is perpetuating while being victim.
He doesn't torture him sexually, but you can throw it in if Merrick is watching the show and orders it.
Lots of angst, no comfort because our Guards know no one is coming to their rescue, and this is their life for all the foreseeable future

I've seen a couple of fics where Majid doms one of Luca's characters (which are wonderful, thank you fandom for providing them!) but I feel like that man just wants to be told he's doing a good job and that everything will be okay... so sub!Majid with a gentle dom.

What I originally had in mind was a Majid/Primo situation, but honestly, I can't see Primo being a stabilizing influence on anyone's life, so maybe Leonardo takes care of both of his boys, or maybe Regina joins in too, I'm pretty open to whatever the filler wants! While Joe and Nicky are in captivity at Merrick, they are separated. And someone (Kozak?) gets a little sick of Nicky challenging their ethics, and decides to break him by convincing him they’ve managed to kill Joe permanently.

Only this turns out to be a really, really, really bad move. Because Nicky proceeds to escape his restraints and go on a one-man rampage through Merrick’s people until he can recover Joe’s body.

Cut to Andy/Booker/Nile arriving and finding the mother of all crime scenes. And Nicky breaking down and hardly daring to believe it when he finally does find Joe (alive).

A while ago I read a few of the fills here and there's one where Keane and Kozak escape after Nile comes to the lab and they take Nicky with them. I just can't find it but had an idea.

Maybe it's because of immense guilt from participating in the Crusades or how he treated Joe in the early days, but Nicky is very adamant on making sure to care for Joe's every needs. He started cooking for them, so that Joe is well fed. He learned to be sniper to take out enemies before they get even close to Joe. In their downtime, Nicky is always pampering Joe, giving him baths and massages, helping him relax. He's always making sure Joe has enough art supplies and his favorite things. Whenever Joe wants to return the favor, Nicky politely declines because he should be the one taking care of Joe who gave love to someone that least deserves it. This morphs into Nicky always neglecting his own being in favor of Joe's. If anything makes Joe uncomfortable, it's wrong no matter what. And the family around him just took Nicky as just being Mr. Act of Service, that this is just him being him. So no one really thought about it until Nile.

Maybe there's a situation where Nicky looks obviously uncomfortable to Nile, and when asked what he wants to do, he answers, "It doesn't matter what I feel as long as Joe is okay with it." Maybe the first time, Nile doesn't think anything is wrong but seeing repeated behavior of self-deference, she knows this is unhealthy, and she's baffled no one said anything about this.

Are there other servants, or are the two of them alone in Yusuf's home?

So many possibilities.
