Joe desperately wants to ask out Nicky, the cute guy who works in the flower shop he passes every day on his way to work. Only problem? No matter what season it is, he seems to be allergic to SOMETHING in the shop, and can only chat with Nicky for a short amount of time before his sneezing and watery eyes get out of control.
Little does he know that the infatuation is mutual. Nicky *swoons* over the fact that Joe keeps buying flowers for some lucky person despite his obvious allergies, and thinks he wouldn't stand a chance since Joe is clearly so devoted to whoever it is. He always keeps a box of tissues ready for his favorite customer, though.
Eventually one of them clues in and they finally have their first date somewhere allergy-free.
(I'm also completely fine with Joe and Nicky's roles being swapped)
