They've been fucking for X hundred years and Nicky only just finds out that something he enjoys doing in bed (a move, a sex position, a kink, a role-play, a setting, whatever) is something Joe really doesn't like, he's just been doing it for Nicky all these years. And I don't mean 'it's not to Joe's taste but it's fine because it makes Nicky happy', I mean he actively hates it but....it's fine because it makes Nicky happy.
