Basically it calls for an AU where Nicky manages to evade capture at the church safe-house so its Joe and Booker taken in by Keane and his crew. And the speech still comes but instead of a sweeping talk of the love of his life its a grand speech about the familial love of a brother/platonic love of a best friend. A speech that has Booker realizing he's done fucked up.
Extras that would be neat: + Just full on let out your poetic soul to write Joe's speech + Feral!Nicky just absolutely coming and nothing will keep him from saving his other half nor his brother.
