Friends, you continue to be marvelous in all sorts of ways. It's been three posts since the last Fill Fest, and so it's time for another one: October 27 to November 3 is Fill Fest #4. Until then, the Kink Meme is not going to accept any new prompts. The next prompt post will open on Wednesday, November 4, in case U.S. memers will need something to distract themselves with after the election.
Since the "old prompt promo post" last time was so popular, we are repeating that, but this time with a theme. Winter is quickly approaching in some parts of world (sorry, Australians, you'll have to imagine it!), and several holidays such as Halloween, Dias de los Muertos, and All Saints' Day/All Souls' Day are happening this week, so this Fill Fest stands under the theme Dark Nights.
In the comments on this post, boost your favorite dark unfilled prompts - or recommend your favorite dark fills - or ask for something you haven't dared to ask for until now because you were worried it might be too edgy. Your definition of "dark" can be as broad as you want it to be - fluffy necro? Torture and mutilation? Maybe the darkest thing you can imagine is Joe/Nicky break-up fic? It's all welcome here.
How exactly does it work?
Browse all the fascinating prompts that remain as of yet unfilled here: Prompts at the Pinboard, or in the twelve (!!!) previous prompt posts.
Link prompts that you would like to see filled in the comments here. If you want to talk about why you like them, go ahead and tell us what makes these prompts so great!
Create fic (or art or fanvids or fanmixes or ... ) for any of these prompts and share your work with us here in the Fills Post. Also please, as usual, leave a link to your fill in a comment to the original prompt (so not here, but in the original prompt post).
Share/recommend any dark(ish) fills that you enjoyed in the comments as well. Or ask for recommendations. Maybe someone else has what you need.

I also wanted to add two small PSAs:1) We have had people ask that those prompting for Omegaverse use slashes when they write "a/b/o" to avoid confusion with a racist slur that looks similar. This is an easy low-effort thing to do so we gently encourage you to adjust your spelling if you don't already do this. Alternatively, Omegaverse works fine and says the same thing.
2) There was a question about how to post kinkmeme fills to AO3 (or elsewhere). There are no rules! It's up to you. The meme is public, so you are welcome to link to prompts or the kinkmeme. There is no requirement to do so from mods' perspective, though mentioning the prompt that inspired your writing seems like a nice thing to do as a nod to the original prompter, even if they remain anonymous. But it's up to you.
And the obligatory image, in honor of the weekly theme an illustration from the much gorier graphic novel:
