I've seen a few posts about mortal!Andy getting pregnant after the movie, but as someone who was extremely excited to see a woman in her mid-forties, let me throw this into the ring.
Nicky, Mr Acts-of-Service himself, goes overboard with period supplies the moment he realises what Andy being mortal might mean, bodily functions-wise. Immediately goes out and stocks up on tampons, cups, painkillers, every size of pad the supermarket had, chocolate, hot water bottles, and anything else Google says might be useful.
Andy, however, died after going through menopause but is so touched by his fussing that she's not sure how to tell him.
