After dreaming of their first deaths, Andy and Quynh manage to only dream the peaceful, quiet moments of Nicky and Joe's lives. So they watch them like doing a 'why won't we die???' research tour of the libraries and archives of the Mediterranian, shopping for fresh fruit at the markets, praying, making art, and, idk, adopting and nursing orphan kittens for a century. They come to the conclusion that their new little brothers are an absolute pair of nerds who are too soft and too kind to live forever. And it turns out that they're mostly right, but it's a shock when their first meeting involves the boys also being badass warriors.

Nicky as a heartrender is rlly all i want. Andy as kaz and quynh has inej works pretty well too. Any kinda case or mission fic in the grishaverse would be super awesome. Id love a sort of ‘everything falling into place’ mission like with the crows in the tv show bc its just so funny to me. Nile maybe a new baby crow, or even the sun summoner!! I think thatd be super awesome 👀👀👀

I've just read something about Buffy and the episode with the vengeance demon, where Cordelia makes a wish and the world becomes terribly wrong?
Which made me think of this prompt, with Booker, depressed and drunk, through a conversation ending up making the wish "that Joe and Nicky didn't always have each other". It makes everything absolutely awful.

It can be with the actual demon from Buffy, a djinn, hey even with evil genie Jafar if you want, as long as there's the wish ending bad with Booker who didn't really mean it and must fix it.

As Nicky is not the only adult with a working pair of hands, give me different occasions in which each one cooks for the others, either the whole team or just one or two of them.

+ Andy doesn't actually cook, she forages or just feeds them jerky or other odds and ends that barely qualify as food, or roasts a rat over a campfire, you get the picture

Inspired by the prompt above (which I would love to see filled!) about Andy having had various kids throughout the centuries and the whole team being related.

It’s like that, except it’s not the whole team—it’s just one of them who they find out is actually Andy’s descendant. Not picky at all who it is—I think any of them could be fun/fascinating to explore.

If it was Quynh—geez, even if they were hundreds of generations apart so it wasn’t super incestuous I feel like it could prompt some major angst. Joe or Nicky—would love to see how it impacts their relationship. Booker and Andy have a fascinating/co-dependent relationship enough as it is—how would it change if she realised she was his great great great grandma? Oddly enough, I feel like she would be the most chill with being Nile’s ancestor, since they already have that mentor/mentee relationship going on

That's what I want, a Princess Bride AU with Joe as Westley, Nicky as "Buttercup", Merrick is Humperdink, Keane is Rugen, Booker is Inigo... can we get that? Please?

The old guard are all immortals... save for one: Nicky. He's a vampire. He got turned shorly before the crusades and went nevertheless. He met Joe and the rest is history.

The thing is, since he's a vmapire, he's been restricted by certain things all the time like not being able to enter a house without being invited...

But nowadays world turned somehow more vampire friendly, like... modern mirrors use aluminium instead of silver and now Nicky can see his image ("Gah! Who is that? Why is he moving in the picture frame? - What do you mean it's a mirror? You mean... that's me? Damn! Why did no one tell me how huge my nose is and how awful my hair looks?") or digital photography (Copley: "I have pictures from all of you since invention of photography but not a single one of Nicky? Why?")

So, can you give me a story where the modern world turned out to be very vamire friendly for vampire Nicky? Please?

I just rlly need this guys. Either lykon lives and they eventually get together, or its a modern au and they eventually get together. Dealers choice!

That is not where I thought this prompt was heading but I’m here for it.

In any setting or universe you can imagine, Nicky telling Joe he doesn't love him (super big lie) in order to push Joe into leaving and saving him from something.
Joe ends up learning the truth (that is that Nicky is a self-sacrificing idiot in love).

(It was inspired by Moulin Rouge BUT I am not looking for a Moulin Rouge AU. I'm pretty sure one was prompted in a previous post though, if this makes you want to create one!)
