But, what he seemed to be understanding about himself was that it was the person not the designation.
Oof, yes.

Also ughhhhhhh Nicky realizing so many things about himself after this session with Yusuf. Like, oh my feeeels. This line in particular sucker-punched me given my own history: For that, he would always be forever grateful for Yusuf.

I have 0 complaints about mixing fluff and porn! This fill continues to be a fucking delight, and I hope good fic karma comes your way too author!!

I love how much you love the fic!

Rereading the line about liking the person not the designation reminds of that great line from schitt's creek "like the wine, not the label." Kinda love how much that line resonated with me when I first heard it and now it is obviously coming out in my writing. :P

As a fairly new writer, I never knew how cathartic writing smutty fanfiction could be lololol

AYRT. Bahahahaha welcome to the joys of writing porn. XDD I'm glad it's been a fun experience! Although, yes, there are odd (or oddly specific intimacies) that make their way into my writing, but I think that's often what connects with people!
