Nicky on his knees (or in Joe's lap, or curled up on the sofa next to him...), looking up at Joe all sweet and sleepy as Joe gives him little bites of food and sips of water. Not necessarily sexual (although it definitely can be), but Joe taking care of Nicky in such a loving, intimate way is a sure fire way to get Nicky feeling all soft and warm and good.
