Nicolò and Yusuf are travelling together but still don’t speak each other languages and are semi-hostile to each other. At one point they have hate sex and Yusuf ends up fucking Nicolò. Eventually their paths part (mostly Yusuf just GTFO because he’s scared he’s catching feels) and Nicolò ends up alone only to discover he’s pregnant. Can be omegaverse, intersex Nicky or, if you want to make my day, canonverse, where if people can be immortal, they can end up miraculously pregnant with impossible babies.

Either way Nicolò is beyond terrified, he’s in a hostile land, alone, penniless and pregnant?! He may survive but will his baby?
He finds an empty hut or some cave in the forest, spends months alone getting himself ready for the birth of his child, getting thinner and more desperate with each passing day. Eventually the day comes and he gives birth, completely alone.

Meanwhile Yusuf regrets what he did, he should have never left Nicolò on his own, and maybe Andy and quynh find him and tell him that nickys pregnant? He/they need to find him!

Happy ending where the family reunites.
