Because... he just does. Joe is constantly, distractingly aware of it.

+1 for Nicky absentmindedly chewing on pencils/sucking on straws/whatever mouth related shenanigans you feel like without realizing the effect he's having on Joe.

Nile accidentally gets the team going about how modern day bananas are an abomination.

That’s all.

Andy and Quynh own a BDSM club (I see them as both Dommes, with Booker as their sub). Nile is a regular there (maybe Nile's a switch, who bounces between Domming and subbing depending on how she feels), and her friend Joe (a Dom) has just moved to the city. She takes him to the club, and vouches for him, and introduces him to the friends she has there.

The first couple of times he's there, he notices this beautiful man dancing, or chatting, or watching people playing, or even cuddling in a corner with Booker, but never playing himself. When Joe asks about him, Nile tells him, "That's Nicky." Booker, who is with them when Joe asks, says that if Joe is interested, confirming that Nicky's a sub, then he'll need to speak to Andy and Quynh.

So Joe does.

Nicky doesn't belong to them ("Booker's enough of a handful by himself, without adding Nicky to the mix.") but he's under their protection. Turns out that Nicky's last Dom (Keane, if you want), was a total asshole who tied Nicky up and then ignore his safeword, both sexually assaulting Nicky and putting him in hospital.

Ever since then, he's been under Andy and Quynh's protection. They give him what they can, but Nicky is gay and ultimately wants a male Dominant. Joe asks if they would allow him to approach Nicky and see if they're a fit together.

They are and happy, careful, kinky times occur.

+ 10 for Joe being extra careful with Nicky, knowing what he's been through
+ 100 if Quynh and Andy went after Keane, when Nicky said he didn't want to press charges because he was a gay submissive man and he knows how that would go with the police, and beat the crap out of him for hurting Nicky

In the movie, Copley calls him Mr. Keane, so what’s Keane’s utterly ridiculous first name and who just found out about it?

Please no effeminate ha-ha-he-has-a-girl’s-name bs or xenophobia, but any other ridiculous name is probably good.

Post mission, they're both on a blood-pumping adrenaline high and immediately set to tearing each other's clothes off and going at it. Partway through, though, Nicky crashes and falls asleep pretty much right when they get to the good stuff– in the middle of getting fucked/sucked off/etc.

Would prefer no hurt feelings or offense; Joe thinks it's more funny or cute than disappointing. Whether this ends in somnophilia or gently tucking Nicky into bed is up to the author.

Booker is getting married. The lord of the land (either Joe or Nicky with the other one being the husband) shows up demanding the right of the first night.

Either both of them fuck Booker or just the actual Lord, while his husband watches. Booker is very much into it though it’s not like he’s got a choice.
