Look, I know, I know JOElene, but the only relationship Joe's ever broken up was Nicky/Jesus, and quietly intense not necessarily typically seductive Nicky is amazing!

Bonus if Joe's ex is an asshole

That would have been a much better idea! I definitely ruffled some feathers because people thought I was ignoring them on purpose, ha. Fortunately once I realised what was going on we all made up and had a lovely time!

Pretty much what it says. Sébastien Le Livre was a 19th century middle aged family man who had gotten conscripted and then deserted from Napoleon's army, and now he's suddenly gained 3 queer older siblings (2 of whom look younger than he is) who are also scarily competent immortal warriors. I feel like there would have been at least several culture shocks there, and the poor guy wouldn't always have handled it well.

So 5 times Booker puts his foot in his mouth regarding his new immortal family.

SO into this! There's so many options: Booker being uncomfortable around Nicky/Joe but trying to be cool about it. Booker being shocked when he learns they're a couple (and not just having 'release the tension' army sex). Booker whispering something to Andy about it, not realizing she is Also Gay. BUT ALSO Booker casually asking Andy to do a stereotypical gendered task, and both Nicky and Joe being like "oh shit here we go...". Or Booker saying something racist to Joe, and Nicky just Going Off.

And then Booker learning to be accepting of LGBT and feminism, and learning that he's being discriminatory because his culture was Discriminatory, and growing as a person ;_; Here for it.

It helps that the area we have is set apart from the rest of the pub (down some stairs, so we can, effectively, 'close' it off to just us). The staff know we're an adult group, although not the specifics. We usually get told we're the ones they most look forward to coming because we're polite, we buy stuff, and we're willing to share the huge amount of sweets that we bring with the staff :D

Oh, I now have this mental image of someone asking Nicky if he's into watersports and Nicky being all "Well, I tried jet-skiing last year, but I wasn't a big fan..."

*screeches with laughter*

Joe and Nicky both attend the top arts school; the school is clique-y, dancers only hang with dancers/artists only hang with artist.

One of them is new to the school and smitten (probably Joe), wanting nothing more then to use their preferred medium to celebrate there new muse(love). They run a foul of the schools hierarchy to be together, but they don't care.

Booker is everyone's puppy. He just needs some love and affection and enjoys being pet and fed and laying at the feet of various group members. He gets very good at obeying his owners, always wanting to please them, always incredibly happy to service them however they want sexually. When he's been a *very* good boy, sometimes he gets put between two of them (possibly spitroasted between Joe and Nicky), with constant praising and petting. Would love to see him in a leash and collar.

+Bonus if Booker wears the collar under his shirt always even when they're not playing because he likes being owned and cherished.

Booker gets a little more hopeful that he’ll be forgiven each time one of his teammates calls him Sebastien again.

After Merrick, one of them can barely stand to be touched. Normally, this would be something to watch carefully and respect, but it wouldn’t be a huge problem. They’re independent men who don’t need to be physical all the time to express their love. They’ve spent time apart and have long stretches in their history where they weren’t that interested in sex.

This time, however, the other one’s trauma experience has them feeling unmoored, ungrounded, and uncomfortable in their own skin. They’re craving firm touches, tight holds, and the weight of a body just pressing them down.

As the days turn into weeks, they’re both short-tempered, miserable, feeling inadequate that they can’t help the other, and feeling helpless that they can’t fix themselves.

Ooooooh shit, I like this so much. I love the ones where they both are suffering but also trying to take care of each other and miserable if they can’t.
