So I'm thinking this works best if you start it when either Nile joins the team or maybe someone else new. Either Joe or Nicky have died (you can pick which one) and the other person doesnt acknowledge their death and still "sees" the person. No matter what the team does they cant get them to stop. When they first died they had an emotional break down and when they woke up they acted like everything was normal and were talking to the empty space beside them.
Up to you if the person had a mental break down or they actually see a ghost?
+ the team is expected to act normal and like everyone is present. It never goes well if they try to fix the problem.
Not sure where you would take this but I would just love to see some Angst.
