Okay, so someone else already posted a "Joe shaving Nicky" prompt in the first post (which someone should totally fill), but I would like to see a fic where Joe insists on shaving Nicky in the early days because male/male sex was more socially acceptable in the context of medieval Arabic societies when one of the lovers was beardless (aka young).

I very much do *not* want ageplay where Yusuf pretends that Nicky is a teenager, I want him to be totally pragmatic about it and be like, well, all the texts say it's okay if only one of us has a beard, and luckily Christianity has no strict rules about men and facial hair, so all we gotta do is shave Nicolo's beard, problem solved!

If you want this to become a little cracky, I'm also on board with that.
