Early on after Booker joins the team, he walks in on Joe and Nicky. He leaves in a hurry, but not before he gets quite an eyeful. Andy takes one look at his face (and the tent in his pants) and is like “yeah, I know, it’s infuriatingly hot, right?”

And that’s how they start a friends with benefits arrangement to take the edge off every time Joe and Nicky can’t wait for privacy (which is often).
